Visitor Toll Pass is a free, temporary toll pass for rental car customers traveling roundtrip through the Orlando International Airport. Simply download the app to reserve Visitor Toll Pass and save as much as 80% on tolls by skipping costly rental car toll fees while paying the lowest toll rate throughout Florida.

Upon arrival, follow in-app instructions to pick up your pass at vending machines located on Level I of Orlando International Airport. Use Visitor Toll Pass to pay tolls electronically and monitor activity using the app in real-time. At the conclusion of your trip, simply return the pass in drop boxes located throughout the airport. Great program and pretty easy to pickup and use. I will do it again. The bad part is returning the hanger has to be done in the garage or where you picked up the hanger. Also the instructions say to be sure and remove the car from your reservation when you're done, but there is no way to do that. I got notification that my trip was completed, so hopefully it removed my account from the car.

This app is seriously awful. It constantly crashes. When I try to go to the account profile page it asks me to log in again. When I do it crashes or reloads the same page & asks me to log in again. Also, I was charged for tolls incurred after I was on my plane home & the process to get my money back is a huge pain given that they require a rental invoice (not receipt with the return time???) & don't answer emails promptly (48-72 hours) and their system doesn't connect your emails together.

This is a poorly written app. It took countless tries to actually be able to enter my credit card. It kept giving an error saying that the date can't be in the past; it wasn't. This one issue took about 10 minutes of entering and re-entering the same info just for the box to clickable. It also kept saying my booking can't be in the past; it wasn't.
